Cushion Giveaway 2026 – Terms & Conditions
Organiser: De Pers Tapijten, Noordeinde 107, 2514 GE Den Haag, the Netherlands.
Period: 26 October 2026, 00:00 CET to 14 November 2026, 23:59 CET.
Territory: European Netherlands only.
Prizes: Three kilim cushion covers, one per winner.
1. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 or older resident in the European Netherlands. Participants must provide accurate entry information and, if selected, a delivery address within the European Netherlands. Employees of De Pers Tapijten and their immediate household members cannot enter.
2. Entry
During the promotion period, complete and submit the questionnaire and the required contact details at our Cushion Giveaway page. Entry is free and no purchase or marketing subscription is necessary. A maximum of one valid entry per individual is permitted. If the same individual submits several entries, only the first valid entry is eligible. Separate eligible adults sharing a household may enter individually. Fraudulent or automated entries may be excluded after reasonable review.
3. Prizes
Three separate winners will each receive one kilim cushion cover only, without an inner cushion, insert or filler. The advertised retail value is €35 per cover, or €105 in total. Any cushion covers displayed in the giveaway banner or other promotional images are illustrative examples only and are not guaranteed prizes. The actual prize may feature a different colour, pattern or design from the cushions shown in promotional images. De Pers Tapijten will select and allocate the prize cushion covers, subject to availability. Winners are not entitled to choose a specific design. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Standard delivery within the European Netherlands is included without charge.
4. Winner draw
Three different winners will be selected by impartial random draw from valid entries on 16 November 2026. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning; questionnaire answers, shopping and marketing subscriptions do not improve the chances. The organiser will record the draw and make its results available in a privacy-respecting manner within three months after the promotion closes.
5. Winner contact
Winners will normally be contacted via the email address entered, within three working days after the draw. A winner must reply within seven calendar days, confirm their eligibility and provide the delivery details required. If a winner does not respond, declines a prize or fails verification, another eligible entry may be selected by random draw. Nobody will be asked to pay to claim a prize.
6. Delivery
The organiser expects to dispatch prizes within 30 calendar days after receiving the winner's delivery information and will communicate any material delay.
7. Personal information
Details submitted through the giveaway are processed to administer entries, check eligibility, detect duplicates, conduct the draw, contact winners and arrange delivery, subject to applicable data protection rules. Questionnaire responses will not automatically be used for personalised marketing. Newsletter consent, if offered, is optional and separate from participation. The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing, retention and rights. Identifiable information about winners will not be made public for marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
8. Fairness and alterations
The organiser will endeavour to run the giveaway fairly and award all three prizes. Necessary changes arising from technical problems, legal requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control will be handled transparently and will not materially disadvantage participants.
9. Taxes
De Pers Tapijten will meet any applicable Dutch obligations concerning taxes on promotional prizes. Entry and receiving a prize are free.
10. Complaints and enquiries
For a question or complaint about the giveaway, please use our Contact Us page. Complaints should include sufficient details to be investigated. The organiser aims to acknowledge complaints within five working days and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Participants may contact the Kansspelautoriteit regarding relevant issues of promotional-game compliance.
11. Governing law and acceptance
Dutch law applies. This promotion is intended to comply with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen 2014). Nothing in these conditions excludes legally protected rights. By submitting an entry, a participant accepts these terms, which are made freely available before entry.
